The multi-functional transfer vehicle is primarily designed for handling containers, energy storage cabinets, and non-standard oversized items during material handling and loading/unloading operations across production process stations. Featuring lifting and unloading capabilities, load-bearing mobility, high-efficiency maneuverability, versatility, and reliable safety, this vehicle can independently complete the transfer, handling, and loading/unloading of heavy containers and energy storage cabinets without requiring additional equipment.

The multi-functional cross-carrying vehicle consists of a chassis, powertrain, hydraulic system, control system, lifting mechanism, steering mechanism, lifting device, and safety/auxiliary functions. Its working principle is as follows: The powertrain (diesel/electric) drives a hydraulic variable pump to provide hydraulic power for all hydraulic motors and cylinders, enabling the vehicle's movement, steering, and lifting operations. During operation, the operator either drives the vehicle manually or uses a remote control. The vehicle travels along the container's length until it reaches the top, where the lifting device is secured to the container by either an automated system or manual installation. Subsequently, the vehicle's lifting, moving, and turning functions are controlled to facilitate loading/unloading and transshipment of containers.

1. The design of the large truck for cross transportation shall comply with the national standard "GBT 3811-2008 Crane Design Code", and ensure that the equipment meets the current national quality acceptance standards for mobile lifting machinery.
2. Party B shall be responsible for all auxiliary materials, tools, jigs, and equipment required for the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of the equipment.
3. The installation and commissioning of new equipment takes approximately 3-5 days.
4. Party B shall provide free training for Party A's operation and maintenance personnel, with a duration of 1-2 days and a minimum of 3-4 participants. The training will cover fundamental principles, operational procedures, maintenance techniques, upkeep practices, and troubleshooting methods.

1. Ensure the equipment meets the current national quality acceptance standards for mobile lifting machinery, with a 100% first-time acceptance rate for the project.
2. Party B shall provide Party A with the equipment maintenance manual. Product warranty period: Starting from the delivery date, the equipment's overall quality warranty is 1 year, and the steel structural components are guaranteed for 3 years. Main components follow the manufacturer's specifications, excluding wear-prone parts. The product offers lifetime repair and genuine parts service.
3. Upon receiving a customer's call, the response time shall not exceed 4 hours, with solutions to be provided within 24 hours. For routine minor issues, technicians will communicate via phone to guide the customer through troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, Party B shall provide replacement parts free of charge during the warranty period for manufacturing defects, and arrange for their delivery to the location specified by Party A, excluding parts damaged by improper handling or accidental incidents.
